Each school is permitted to enter up to two separate teams of five runners in both the Elite Relay and the Open Relay. This structure allows for the following:

• Elite Relay: Schools can enter an A team and a B team. This race is intended for varsity runners and top junior varsity (JV) athletes.

• Open Relay: Schools can also enter an A team and a B team. This race is designed for lower JV runners and freshmen.

This format provides opportunities for both competitive and developmental athletes to participate and showcase their skills.

If you have extra runners who are not participating in the relays, they are welcome to compete in the Open HS 3k race. This race is open to athletes of all levels who will not be racing in the relays.

Race Details:

• There will be separate Open 3k races for boys and girls | One Open girls race & two Open boys races

This provides an additional opportunity for athletes to compete and gain valuable experience.

Boys Open 2 Mile Heat 1 Race 8:20am

Boys Open 2 Mile Heat 2 Race 8:40am

Girls Elite Relay Race 9:05am

Boys Elite Relay Race 10:25am

Girls Open Relay Race 11:35am

Boys Open Relay Race 1:00pm
